人常有一些既定的想法而畫地自限造成生活一層不變,總覺得洋蔥鮪魚沙拉是甜的,加胡椒(鹹的)不太對味吧!今早突然心血來潮變化一下吧!第一口咬下去就好像當哈利碰上莎莉蹦出人間美味,美食真的有讓人瞬間感到幸福的魔力!連哥哥也說真好吃,我家的蛋餅有蛋、洋蔥鮪魚沙拉、起司&餅皮,用料屬於超級豪華版,吃慣媽媽牌的蛋餅,外面的蛋餅簡直是小巫見大巫沒得比!妙妙出差去西螺打青少年盃,今早只準備3份。 這周妙妙出差比賽可以多睡半小時,不巧今天下雨須載哥哥到校(平時他自己騎腳踏車),一小時內完成做早餐、一邊洗鍋整理流理臺一邊吃早餐、晾衣服、梳妝自己美美上班,相當趕!

昨晚問哥哥明早吃?早餐,他說要洋蔥鮪魚蛋餅,我說洋蔥鮪魚吃完了,培根玉米起司蛋餅好嗎?他說不要培根起司,只要玉米加洋蔥,我相這樣太單薄了吧!於是他今天的蛋餅我打了兩粒蛋+洋蔥和大量的玉米以及偷放的起司。妳看看,肥滋滋的蛋餅多飽滿啊!

雜燴煎蛋披薩,料豐富,口感也不錯,又好做。肉絲、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、木耳、金針菇只加鹽巴炒一炒,加入蛋液做基底,上面鋪起司蓋鍋蓋(用麵粉製作披薩皮我還沒研究熟悉,不敢輕易嘗試)。哥哥早餐吃一個,營養滿分!水果是一定要的啦!
